Exclusive territory data

One company in.
Everyone else out.

Verified homeowner records for your market — licensed to one contractor and nobody else. The day you take a territory, it closes.

See if your market is open One company per territory, per trade

The thing you already know

You've bought this lead before. So have four other guys.

Every shared-lead marketplace runs the same play. One homeowner fills out one form. That form gets sold four or five times over.

By the time you dial, they've already talked to your competition — and the only thing left to compete on is who goes cheapest.

You're not buying an opportunity. You're buying a footrace you never agreed to enter.

The model

One territory. One company. In writing.

When a territory is taken — it is taken. No second buyer. No exceptions.

How it works

Four steps. No platform to learn.

01

Tell us your market

One line — the city or metro you actually work. We check it against what's still open and tell you straight either way.

02

Lock the territory

If it's available, it's yours. One company, in writing. It comes off the board the day you take it.

03

Records arrive monthly

A fixed volume of verified homeowner records for your territory, delivered on the same schedule every month. Nothing to log into.

04

Nobody else gets it

Not a competitor, not a franchise, not the outfit two towns over — for as long as you hold the territory.

The difference

Same industry. Opposite business model.

Who it's for

Built for contractors who close on the phone.

  • Exterior remodeling

Exclusivity is per trade. A roofer and a solar company can hold the same market without ever competing for the same job.

Questions

Straight answers.

A defined market — usually a city, town, or metro service area. You tell us where you actually work, and we confirm whether that territory is still open.
One company per territory, per trade, in writing. For as long as you hold the territory, we do not license those records to another company in your trade. It comes off the board the day you take it.
A fixed monthly volume, set by the size of the territory. Every territory we release carries at least two years of inventory before it runs dry — you will not be sold a market that empties out in six months.
Every record is verified before it is delivered. We walk through sourcing and methodology with you directly — we don't publish it, because that is part of what you're paying to keep to yourself.
We go through the fields and a live sample together on a call. We don't publish data on this website — publishing it would erode the exact exclusivity our customers are paying for.
It depends on the territory and the trade. You'll get a straight number on the call — no tiers to decode, and no per-lead meter running in the background.
